4. Shipping, Packaging & Delivery

• We guarantee 100% plain, unbranded packaging with zero product descriptions on the outer label.
• The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address with a valid PIN code and reachable mobile number. Bindaas is not liable for delivery delays resulting from customer unavailability or incorrect address details.

5. Strict Sanitary Non-Returnable Policy

• In accordance with public health, sanitary, and hygiene regulations, intimate personal devices whose sterile packaging or seal has been broken cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• In the event of manufacturing defects or verified transit damage, claims must be submitted with an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a free replacement as detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
