Will anyone know what is inside my package?

What name will appear on my bank statement or UPI app?

All transactions will display a neutral, confidential merchant descriptor on your bank account, credit card statement, or UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). It will NEVER say ‘Sex Toy’, ‘Adult Toy’, or anything intimate.

Can I pick up my parcel myself from the courier office instead of home delivery?

Yes! If you prefer not to receive the parcel at home or work, you can coordinate with the courier customer service or message our support team once tracking is generated to hold the parcel at the nearest courier delivery branch (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC) for private self-pickup with your Govt ID.

Are all Bindaas products body-safe and medical-grade?

Yes, 100%. Every product curated and sold on Bindaas is crafted exclusively from medical-grade, non-porous liquid silicone, skin-safe ABS plastic, or borosilicate glass. All items are completely hypoallergenic, phthalate-free, BPA-free, and latex-free for worry-free indulgence.

What type of lubricant should I use with silicone toys?

Always use a high-quality water-based lubricant (such as our complimentary lubricant included with selected products). Never use silicone-based or oil-based lubricants (such as baby oil, petroleum jelly, or massage oils) on silicone devices, as oil causes silicone to degrade and lose its silky finish.

How do I clean and properly store my sensual devices?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 business hours from our hub in Surat, Gujarat. Metro destinations (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad) typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Regional and other locations take 3 to 6 business days with active courier tracking.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to strict public health and intimate hygiene regulations, products with broken seals cannot be returned. However, if your product arrives damaged in transit or is electrically defective, contact our WhatsApp support within 48 hours with an uncut unboxing video, and we will send a 100% Free Brand-New Replacement immediately.
