2. Delivery Estimates Across India

We partner with premier express courier networks—including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and XpressBees—to ensure timely doorstep delivery:

• Metro Destinations (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities (State Capitals & Major Towns): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India, Regional & Remote Pincodes: 4 to 6 business days.

• FREE Shipping: All orders with a total value of ₹999 or above qualify for 100% FREE express delivery across India.
• Standard Shipping: A flat, nominal shipping fee of ₹99 is applied to orders below ₹999 to cover express packaging and courier charges.

4. Real-time Live Shipment Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our Surat hub, you will receive an automated notification via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email containing:

• The assigned courier partner name (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery).
• Your unique Tracking Number (AWB).
• A direct live tracking link to monitor your parcel's step-by-step transit progress in real-time.

5. Delivery Coordination & Hub Self-Pickup Option

• Delivery Attempts: The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You will receive an SMS/call prior to the delivery attempt.
• Self-Pickup Facility: If you prefer not to receive the parcel at home or work, you can coordinate with the courier customer care or our support team to hold the parcel at the nearest courier delivery branch for confidential self-pickup upon presenting a valid government ID.

6. Non-Deliverable Pincodes & Address Integrity

Please ensure that your shipping address, landmark, PIN code, and mobile number are entered accurately during checkout. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses or repeated customer unavailability will incur a re-shipping fee.
